The drinks restore your health, although they also make you heavier which could be dangerous when avoiding the syringes. After a while (see white bar at the top) the bag pukes and becomes light again.

You have to use the white stuff because when your bag collects 3 of this it will explode. But watch out because it increases your speed rapidly for a short amount of time.
